Sudbury Foundation Makes Gift to Pantry Brook Farm
The Sudbury Foundation has awarded a $175,000 grant to assist with the preservation of Sudbury's historic Pantry Brook Farm. Sudbury voters are being asked to commit to fund the bulk of the purchase price of a conservation restriction (CR) on the farm with Community Preservation monies, but this award is critical to helping to meet the $195,000 goal SVT has set to reach the full negotiated CR price and transaction costs, and to cover the costs of future monitoring.
