Land Conserved in Littleton

SVT and the Town of Littleton, with assistance from the Littleton Conservation Trust, this week conserved an important 53-acre property on Newtown Road in Littleton.
In July 2009, SVT and the Town of Littleton, with assistance from the Littleton Conservation Trust, permanently conserved an important 53-acre property on Newtown Road in Littleton. The George and Lucy Yapp Conservation Land was acquired with funds from Littleton’s Community Preservation Fund, a local open space acquisition fund and a $500,000 grant from the State’s Local Acquisitions for Natural Diversity (LAND) program. SVT will hold a conservation restriction over the property.
