Late Thursday afternoon, while passing the Wayland Country Club on Route 27 Wayland, I spotted something in a dead tree where I had seen and photographed a Merlin last February. I circled back and pulled into the Country Club's parking area and took a closer look with my binoculars and realized it was a Merlin again!

It was 4:30 and getting dark but I managed to get a photo.
